Ezra Lee O'Neal, Jr. was born January
10, 1961, in Omaha, Nebraska to Mary Alice and Ezra Lee O'Neal, Sr. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the
U.S. Marine Corps., serving two years in San Diego, CA and four years overseas. He returned to Omaha in 1985 to marry
his childhood friend, Cheryl A. Driver.
In 1987, he moved to Dallas, TX fighting a five-year battle of cocaine addiction. During six
months when he was homeless, this journey lead him to the house of the Lord. For the first five years in the Dallas-Fort
Worth area, he attended a local assembly. God called the testimony to come forth from "Rags to Riches".
In November 1995, Bishop William D. Barlowe from Grace Apostolic Church in Omaha, Nebraska ordained Ezra Lee O'Neal,
Jr. as Pastor. He returned to Dallas to become the Founder and Pastor of Miracle Apostolic Church which is now
City of Miracles in Dallas, TX. Miracle Apostolic Church started
within the confines of an apartment complex's game room. The ministry transformed from a small storefront,
to a large storefront, to a stand alone building which manifested "City of Miracles" ministries.
A full time employee within Corporate
Security, Bishop O'Neal eventually came to realize that his own potential was neither being reached or fulfilled. Therefore,
he officially withdrew his employment status with the corporation in 1998. He diligently serves the people real life
experience, seminary, workshops, and discipleship classes.
The march continued in faith to step out full-time to be a minister
of God. Bishop O'Neal has resided in 18 countries on three continents and speaks some Japanese: which has helped him
to be very diverse in fellowshipping with churches in various parts of the world.
Bishop Ezra L. O'Neal, Jr. launched Young
Experienced Survivors, International also known as Y.E.S, allowing our organization to set up
and reconstruct existing churches to become ministries for the kingdom of God! The plan was written down, and it became
clear that Bishop O'Neal began birthing in the 2000-century pastors in Baghdad, and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
God had these deliveries come through Bishop O'Neal.
His dear childhood friend, Prophetess Cheryl A. O’Neal went home to the Lord in 2005. Bishop O'Neal has
since been remarried to Deidra R. O’Neal. God has blessed them both with their children, Ezra Lee
O'Neal III, Victoria Ann O'Neal and Christian Elijah O'Neal. City of Miracles ministry is a movement ministry, and called
to the obedience of God. We are on the "move" and we are growing! From 2005 to 2009 the ministry
relocated in Garland, TX prior to moving to our compound in Dallas, TX and implemented our Mission Possible building fund. The minstry endeavors is to revive and bring hope & life
to all God's people whereever.
The Mission was
Possible and on April 17, 2009, City of Miracles was

with a baptistery, nursery, over 15 classrooms, a fellowship hall with full kitchen, a fully equiped gymnasium and 2.5 acres
of undeveloped land.
The "City" family gives thanks to the Man of God Bishop
Ezra L. O'Neal Jr., for having the vision and leading us this far. He has sacrificed so much for over the
