Pastor Aubrey
Smith, Sr. - is a native of Atlanta, GA. He and his family joined the City of Miracles in August of 1996.
He has diligently served as an ordained Head Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, Superintendent, and Director
of Administration. He is currently over the ministry Operations Department.
Minister Aubrey Smith was
ordained on March 20, 2005 by Bishop Ezra L. O’Neal, Jr. through Y.E.S. International (Young Experienced Survivors,
International.). After years of his faithfulness and wisdom, Pastor Smith was ordained by Bishop Barlowe from Grace
Apostolic Church of Omaha, NE on June 6th, 2009 at City of Miracles.
Pastor Smith, Sr. and his wife Diane have four children Khadija, Aubrey Jr.,
Keenan, Jordan and two grandchildren. Minister Smith holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration attained
from Columbia College in 1986.

Minister Marcus Freeman Sr. is a Dallas, TX native who has been a member
of City of Miracles since May of 2000. Marcus has diligently worked in the ministry as a Sunday
School teacher, music ministry member, an ordained Deacon since April of 2002, has had the distinct honor
of Armor Bearer for the Man of God's for more than 4yrs.
Marcus Freeman Sr., was called to service to be ordained a Minister in November 2008.
He has
earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix in July of 2008. Minister
Freeman, it the proud husband to Faith Freeman and the father to two beautiful children, Marcus Jr. and Brooke-Haley.
